Getting your health sorted out can be a tricky thing. Who is the right practitioner for you? How will you know what you need?Â
We've all embarked on a health journey at some point in our lives and I'm really excited that you're doing this. Before you make a booking, consider why you're doing this and what you're hoping to achieve.Â
Our practice is different to most. I work primarily with individuals who have had issues for a while and maybe have tried a few different practitioners over the years but haven't found anything that's made a meangingful difference. I don't really do quick fixes and know that to change function and to get longer term results, a holistic approach is needed.Â
That means looking at your entire life:Â
- Understanding what you do for work + in life and how much pressure your body is under day-to-day
- How you move and over the course of a week and month what activities you are currently or used to do
- Looking at your medical history, past injuries, surgeries and any medications or supplements you might be taking to understanding where you are at currently with your health.Â
- Exploring your mind + body connection. How are you coping with stress? How are you managing the pressures of life?
- Understanding what your health goals actually look like. Health is more than just being pain free, and there are likely goals that you want to achieve that we will need to consider as we work together so that you can get the most out of your sessions with me.Â
I don't promise a quick fix, but I do promise to support you to get the most out of your body and to move back to feeling, moving and being your best self again.Â
Everyone has the capacity to improve, feel better and live a more full life - but how we achieve this differs for everyone and it's important that we work together to figure out a plan that's going to fit in with your life and your goals. That way you'll get the best results.Â

My goal is to help you get back to doing what you love the most: golf, CrossFit, playing in the park with your kids, gardening outside, being able to read your favourite books without headaches.
